AVID
AVID, Advancement Via Individual Determination, is a college readiness system for elementary through higher education that is designed to increase schoolwide learning and performance. The AVID College Readiness System (ACRS) accelerates student learning, uses research based methods of effective instruction, provides meaningful and motivational professional learning, and acts as a catalyst for systemic reform and change. AVID 10 AND 11 APPLICATIONS
Current 9th and 10th grade students interested in becoming a part of the AVID Program at Fremont High School should complete the following Student Application and have a classroom teacher fill out a Teacher Recommendation for them.

Middle School Applications
Middle school students interested in becoming a part of the AVID Program at Fremont High School should complete the following Student Application. Applications and Teacher Recommendations will be due Friday, March 3. Please submit to your Main Office (Columbia, Sunnyvale, or Cupertino MS only) & place in Fremont AVID box OR complete online.
